How to Use It:
Gift cards can be redeemed online when booking classes through our website or app.

Validity:
 The Lagree Milano Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Once expired, its validity cannot be extended and any remaining credit will be lost. As an example, a Gift Card purchased on 15/05/2025 will expire on 14/11/2025.

Usage:
The Lagree Milano Gift Card cannot be recharged, resold, or converted into cash. Items purchased using the Gift Card are subject to the same terms and conditions as items bought with other payment methods. The Gift Card is personal and non-transferable. The sale of Gift Cards is exempt from VAT pursuant to Article 2, Paragraph III, Letter A of Presidential Decree No. 633/72. Purchasing and using the Lagree Milano Gift Card implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are published on the website.

Returns and Loss:
The Lagree Milano Gift Card cannot be returned or exchanged for its cash equivalent or credited back to a credit card. If the card has unused credit at the expiration date, this amount is non-refundable.

Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards in Lagree Milano Boutiques. However, it is guaranteed under standard legal terms for purchases made using the Gift Card.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions for the use of the Lagree Milano Gift Card are governed by Italian law. The competent court for any disputes is the Court of Milan
